GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR NEW STUDENTS/TRANSFEREES

I. Prepare the requirements for enrollee. Kindly refer to the list below:

• PSA Birth Certificate

• Pre-registration Form

• 2x2 ID PICTURE

II. Assessment and filling-out of pre-registration form at the Registrar's Office

III. Bring the filled out form and pay the 5% tuition downpayment at the Finance Office

IV. Avail the uniform at the Registrar Office
